Beginning as a strictly automotive shop, through the years we have diversified to include the machine tool industry, military and defense, aircraft and aerospace. We have a variety of machines that include Horizontal, Vertical and Blind Broaching machines. We have worked closely with customers to help produce a limited amount of prototype parts, and with other customers we have run millions of parts. We have an extensive “in house” inventory of spline, square and hex pull broaches. We have a large inventory of square and hex blind hole broaches up to 1”. We work closely with other services in the business, and we use this friendship to increase the size of our inventory of tooling. If we don’t have it in house, we may be able to borrow or rent it.

In 1999, the original owner of R & R BROACH retired and sold the business to Pat Considine who does own Admiral Broach in Clinton Twp, MI. Since Admiral broach is a complete broach tool manufacturing facility, I am able to have new tooling made, dull tools sharpened, and in some cases, tools can be repaired. The two companies compliment each other well as far as manufacturing and production go, and the end result is quality and service at a competitive price for the customer.

R & R Broach mainly provides production broaching services.
We Broach from one part to one million parts. We have many broaches in stock or can have a broach tool made to your specific need. We maintain customer owned tools. We do both sharpening and repair of most broach tooling. Our target market is based in the USA. We have done some Canadian and Mexican work and would be happy to look an any needs you may have. Our customers come from a wide range of industries. We do broaching for Military, Implement, Automotive , Aerospace, and other needs for metal removal by the broaching process. We provide a service that is both fast and competitively priced.

Located in the metro Detroit area we happen to be in the center of manufacturing. R & R Broach Co. can pick up and deliver in our local 50 mile radius. The customers have benefited by our experience of being in business since the 1960’s. We are unique by being small and non union . We have the ability to respond quickly and competitively.
